Born and raised in Caddo Parish, Christine Tharpe is a wife and mother of two girls. She is an experienced volunteer who has committed her life to the betterment of Caddo Parish Schools and education as a whole. She has had the pleasure of serving on Caddo Parish School Board since 2020 and asks for your vote to continue her service.
